Breakage Warranty & Warranty Policy

At Delujo, we want you to enjoy your products with confidence. Our breakage warranty gives you peace of mind in case any product you purchased from us breaks or chips under normal use within the warranty period.


What Is the Breakage Warranty?

Delujo’s breakage warranty is a limited warranty that allows you to receive a replacement product at no extra cost if your item breaks or chips within the warranty period and meets the conditions below. The warranty applies only to products purchased directly from Delujo.co.uk and registered as required


Who Is Eligible?

To be eligible for the breakage warranty:

  • The product must have been purchased from Delujo.co.uk.

  • You must have registered the product on Delujo’s website (via your account) within 6 months of purchase.

  • The warranty applies only to personal or household use, not to business or commercial purchases. 


Warranty Period

The breakage warranty is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase for products that are properly registered within the required timeframe. 


What Is Covered

If your registered product breaks or chips during normal use within the warranty period, you may file a warranty claim and Delujo will arrange a replacement of the same or similar product at no extra cost once the claim is approved. 


What Is Not Covered

Certain products may be excluded from the breakage warranty. Exclusions usually include discontinued items, sale/last chance items, or specific collections not eligible for coverage. Please check the exclusions list on the warranty page for full details. 

Products that are damaged due to misuse, accidental damage not consistent with normal use, intentional damage, or commercial use are not covered.


How to Make a Warranty Claim

To make a claim under this breakage warranty:

  1. Sign in to your Delujo customer account.

  2. Register the product (if not already registered).

  3. Go to the Warranty Claim section and follow the instructions.

  4. Provide required information and photos of the broken item as requested.

Once your claim is validated, Delujo will send you a replacement product. You may not need to send the broken item back. 


Important Notes

  • This warranty is additional to your legal rights as a consumer and does not replace them.

  • Only registered products are covered. If products are not registered within the required time frame, warranty coverage may not apply. 

  • The warranty may be amended or discontinued by Delujo at any time, but coverage will still apply to products purchased and registered before such changes.
