We offer reliable shipping options to ensure your order reaches you in good time. Delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Standard Delivery

  • Available for all UK mainland addresses.

  • Delivery typically takes 2–5 working days after your order is dispatched.

  • Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your address and order value.

Free Standard Delivery

  • Free when your order meets the minimum spend requirement displayed at checkout.

  • Applies to qualifying orders within the UK mainland.

Delivery times shown are estimates and may vary due to factors such as public holidays, high-season demand, or courier delays.


Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been dispatched, including any tracking information if available.

Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct before completing checkout, as errors may delay delivery.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking link via email (if tracking is available). You can use this link to monitor the status of your delivery in real time. Tracking updates may sometimes take a few hours to show progress after dispatch.


Delivery Restrictions

Please note that we may not be able to deliver to:

  • PO Box addresses

  • Parcel lockers

  • Certain remote locations

Undelivered or Refused Deliveries

If a delivery is refused or not collected, we may deduct any return shipping charges from your refund. Repeated delivery refusals may also result in your order being cancelled and delivery fees deducted.

For international orders, if customs duties or local charges are refused by you and the package is returned, original shipping and return costs may be deducted from your refund.


Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, please check with others at your address and contact your local courier first. If you still cannot locate your parcel, contact our customer support team with your order details and tracking information.


Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order before it is dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible — you may return the item once it arrives.
